Full Service Design
Intended for clients who are looking to hire MDC to design their home from start-to-finish. You will receive a full design plan, renderings, elevations, design/mood boards and in-person design meetings. Our service is a flat fee to take out the guessing and includes a design manager to oversee all design on a regular basis throughout the duration of the project. MDC handles all communications with contractors, orders all materials, grants access to discounts on every item needed to renovate your space, when applicable. MDC will also provide your builder a fully detailed construction book and specification sheet to ensure the design comes along as planned.
This full renovation design plan will help you far before your project begins, and we are always the last ones to leave. We will guide you through a step-by-step process starting with design, selecting all materials, to ordering and executing.
Simply Designed
This service is perfect for the remote client looking to update their space but is out of our full-service area. We have worked on homes all over the country and can help you transform your home from afar.
This service is offered at an hourly rate and will provide you with mood boards, renderings, elevations, ordering lists, all materials and a specification book for your builder to execute the project.
